In all cases, license has been granted to Mostly Pretty Good Stuff for the use of logos, artwork, and images from Sponsored Artists and the visual artists with work with. In most cases this license is exlusive. 

For site content itself, copyright is claimed as denoted in the footer of all site pages.

Marketing Content Featuring Artist Work

On occasion we feature marketing content that showcases the work of our Sponsored Artists. In all cases, our usage is permitted via a license from the artist, and all copyrights remain with that artist or the copyright holding entity granting us license via them. Mostly Pretty Good Stuff makes no claim of copyright whatsoever on the work of the performing artists we sponsor.
